Directions: For iced tea, put 1 bag in a pitcher in the refrigerator and let sit for at least 12 hours before drinking. For hot tea, heat water in a pot until boiling; then place 1 bag in the pot and boil for 15-20 minutes. Noni-Lemongrass tea gets best results when prepared for hot tea. Each pitcher bag can be reused to make up to 3 gallons of tea. Keep tea bags in a covered container in the refrigerator between uses. Drink 16 oz. daily to obtain the health benefits.
