Hoʻōla Reset
This is a physician-led group medical program, supported by a Registered Dietitian and licensed behavioral health clinician (LCSW), designed for patients seeking a meaningful reset to their health. Each 90-minute session focuses on one foundational pillar - nutrition, physical activity, stress regulation, sleep, behavior change, and social connection - and explores how these pillars influence overall health and resilience. The program integrates medical guidance, nutrition support, and behavioral health facilitation to help patients address shared root drivers of chronic illness and build sustainable habits. For patients who benefit from closer follow-up, optional remote patient monitoring and chronic care management services may be offered to support accountability, track key health metrics, and provide ongoing care between and beyond sessions.
Plant-Based Cooking Classes
Learn how to prepare simple and affordable local style plant-based recipes, while learning the benefits and effects of specific foods on your health.
Individual Nutrition Counseling
Meet privately with a Registered Dietitian (RD) to get individualized diet recommendations and a meal plan, based on your medical concerns, food preferences, and lifestyle habits.
Appointments may be done in conjunction with individual medical appointments.
TruAge Complete (by TruDiagnostic™)
Biological age tests measures the age of your body’s cells and tissues based on various biomarkers, rather than your chronological (birth) age. The TruAge Complete epigenetic test can tell you overall biological age, age of 11 different organ systems, rate of aging, telomere length, immune health, fitness age, response to weight loss strategies, and more. Results from this test can assess the impact of your current lifestyle choices and environment on aging, predict potential health risks, and help us work with you in developing a unique plan to increase both number and quality of years of life lived. This test can be done every six months to measure progress towards improving your lifespan and reducing disease risk.
Lifestyle Genetic Testing
Genetic testing involves analyzing a person’s DNA to identify genes that may be linked to specific health conditions. Genetic testing can help reveal risk of getting chronic conditions, such as heart disease, stroke, and dementia. It can inform whether your body has higher nutrient requirements than others. It can also aid in understanding how your body may respond to medications, as some people experience more side effects with certain medications than others. Ultimately, it helps us to make informed decisions so we can develop personalized treatment plans that best meet your needs. The following testing packages and their corresponding tests are listed below:

This physician-led program begins with a comprehensive medical consultation and personalized treatment plan tailored to each patient’s health goals. Care may include lifestyle and nutrition guidance, optional nutrition consultation with individualized meal planning (by a Registered Dietitian), medication when appropriate, and ongoing physician monitoring to support safe and sustainable weight management.
Targeted Therapies
Laboratory testing and individualized assessment are done to guide targeted therapies that support metabolic health and overall wellness. Depending on a patient’s needs, care may include hormone balance support, personalized supplement strategies, metabolic health optimization, or other therapies designed to address underlying physiologic imbalances. These approaches are integrated with personalized lifestyle medicine to support long-term health and resilience.
Gut Microbiome Testing
Gut microbiome testing analyzes the types and balance of bacteria and other microorganisms in the digestive tract. This is important to know, as the gut plays a crucial role in digestion, brain, immune, and metabolic functions, skin health, and hormone levels. Imbalances in the microbiome have been linked to conditions that affect these systems. Our clinic utilizes the GI-MAP® comprehensive stool test, that detects not only bacteria, but also detects the DNA of parasites, H. pylori, fungi, and more.
